Get Speedo Fit is Speedo’s initiative to drive people to swim more for fitness. It targets current swimmers, lapsed swimmers and non-swimming fitness enthusiasts.
For the 2015 One Small Change digital campaign, I interviewed top French swim coach Fred Vergnoux to create eight editorial-style features, each highlighting small, easy changes swimmers could make to their technique and training in order to improve their results. This covered several technique fundamentals, focusing on one element in each feature: kick, breathing, body positioning, arm stroke, motivation and core strength.
